What the job actually is

Most messages are the same six questions: where are you, when do you open, is it halal, what is in it, do you deliver, and something went wrong with my order. Answering those quickly and in the brand voice, hundreds of times, is the work. If you are looking for a creative role, this is not it.

The direct message is where a brand is least protected. There is no editor and no second draft, and the voice has to hold anyway.

Reports to the Co-founder and CMO, with no agency layer.

Scope

• Reply to direct messages and comments in Arabic and English, within agreed hours.
• Hold the brand voice in unedited real time, including when the message is rude.
• Flag recurring questions so they can be answered publicly instead of one at a time.
• Escalate complaints, and anything about allergens, halal or food safety, rather than answering from memory.

Required

• Native Arabic and confident written English.
• Proven community management experience, with accounts you can point to.
• Judgement about when not to answer and when to escalate. Silence is sometimes correct.
• Discipline on allergens. Our menu contains walnut, pistachio and dairy. Those questions are answered from an approved list, never improvised, and a guest with an allergy is directed to the counter.
• Reliability inside the agreed response window, including evenings and weekends, which is when a food brand is busiest.

Useful

• Food and beverage or hospitality work.
• Based in the UAE, so local context is first-hand.
• Experience with a brand before it opened, when every message is a first impression.

Not required

• Shooting, editing or content planning. That work sits with a separate role, which may later be combined with this one.
• Unpaid test work. We review portfolios instead.

The Hub and Spokes

Our kitchen, the Hub, prepares every component of our fast-fine, halal hot dogs and sends it to the units under cold chain. At the units, the Spokes, the team only finishes and assembles to order, so speed and consistency come down to how the counter is run.

Counter and delivery

Running the counter means holding a three-minute assembly standard and packing every order to the brand standard, since the box is part of the product. It also means running delivery, from platform availability to on-time handover to riders.

Orders and stock

Orders also run the other way: you place the daily Hub order and restock packaging and consumables from our suppliers. Every delivery is checked for temperature and quantity on arrival, and the day ends with a stock count and a POS close.

Food safety

Temperature control continues after receiving, since food safety is yours as well. Temperatures are logged every shift, and cleaning records keep both units ready for a municipal inspection on any day.

The team

Inspections extend to the team, which you schedule and train, so every health card and hygiene certificate stays current. Rotas and timesheets follow UAE labour law, and no new hire works a peak before sign-off on our standards.

What we are looking for

We are looking for several years of managing quick service or fast casual counters, ideally more than one at a time, and working knowledge of a central kitchen model and UAE food safety rules. The units are in Sharjah and Dubai, which makes a UAE driving licence essential, and Arabic is an advantage.
